Helga...I mean, Cecile

I loved this episode, Hey Arnold was such an awesome show. *sniff* I miss it, I can't believe they canned it! Though, I have seen it still on T.V, I don't know if it's still on Nick...I think it's on Saturday morning ABC cartoons or something. I LOVE Helga/Arnold, they're so cute! =^o^= I did this a while, ago, too...wow, in 6th grade! @@ That seems so ancient now. I liked this because I put a lotta thought into it, like outlining Helga's blond hair in red, like Craig Bartlett eventually started doing in the show. Hey Arnold is copywrite to him, by the way, and I praise him, he's so creative!
