, I colored it! 
When I get this puppy home to some watercolors, I'll be sure to add a background. 
Sadly my scanner kinda messed with the shadows a bit, but hopefully I can fix that in the future, too. 
I hope you don't mind, karla, I used one of your pics for a referance for the scales:[link] I realized I was basically copying your picture, so I tried to tweak it a little to make it a little my own so I wouldn't outright be copying you. I hope that's ok, lol

Looks much better compared to the line-art version, that is not to say the Line-art version was bad, but the color scheme makes more sense. Just a question though, is her cape supposed to be like a long frill attached to the dress, or is it something separate like a mantle that has her deity's symbol on it?
Very good on the dark skin tone, I'm usually not very good when it comes to darker colors, because when I need to erase something, lighter colors come out a lot easier.
Wise use of pastel colors too, very suitable for a non-evil drow, but complimentary at the same time.
